Castable or Refractory Concrete: it consists of 2 main ingredients : refractory cement and minerals which can be mixed with water. The result is similar to the hardening of concrete but setting time is much faster. It can be moulded into any shapes, used for patching ladles and used in areas of intense heat. We offer many kinds of refractory concrete such as Conventional Castable, Low Cement Castable and Light weight Castable.
Mortar : It is a refractory material with fine texture, mixed with specific chemical substances to make it suitable for binding purpose. With its properties, the thickness gives strong performance and effective binding refractory bricks together and also covering refractory concrete surface in ladles which can extend the service life.
Refractory Plaster : This material looks like sticky mud. It is available in a choice of 3 textures : fine texture, medium fine and coarse grained. It works as an adhesive sealer for broken parts in furnace industry: ladles, crucibles, furnace wall, the bottom of furnaces.
Refractory Plastic : It is a kind of unshape material and similar in shape to a sticky lump of play- doh , widely used for patching leaking parts of ladles , crucibles, blast furnace wall or the broken bottom of furnaces.
Coating : It is somewhat similar to liquid, bonded together by refractory and chemical substances. There are available in 2 options : power coating / spray coating. The main function of coating is to protect substrates. It provides excellent anti- stick surfaces so melting iron will not stick to sand castings. That means it is comfortable for removing workpiece and reducing the loss after removing.
